This Privacy Policy describes how FNTVS LLC, doing business as Fontavis Finance ("Fontavis Finance," "we," "us," or "our"), handles information collected through fntvs.com (the "Site"). The Site is a marketing website used to introduce the Fontavis Finance platform and let visitors request a product tour. It does not require visitor accounts, logins, or passwords, and does not collect financial account information or payment details.

What we ask for, and only that.

When you submit the "Free Product Tour" form, we collect: your first and last name, your work email address, your firm's name and type, your phone number, how you heard about us, and whether you'd like to receive occasional product updates (a separate, optional checkbox that defaults to unchecked). We do not ask for identification numbers, account numbers, or any financial or payment information on this Site.

We also automatically log your IP address at the time of submission, solely to help prevent spam and abuse of the form (see "Security" below).

How We Use It

To respond to your request, nothing more.

We use Resend, a third-party email delivery service, solely to send the notification email generated when you submit the tour form. Resend processes the contents of that email on our behalf and is bound by its own privacy and security practices. We do not otherwise share, rent, or sell your information to third parties.

We don't use tracking cookies.

This Site does not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies. If that changes in the future, this policy will be updated to describe what's used and why.

Your Rights

Ask us to access, correct, or delete your information.

You may contact us at any time at Info@fntvs.com to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, to withdraw marketing consent, or to request that we delete it. If you are located somewhere that grants you additional legal rights over your personal data, we will honor requests made under those rights to the extent required by applicable law.

Security & Retention

Reasonable safeguards, kept only as long as needed.

Submitted information is stored in a database on our server that is not publicly accessible, and access is limited to those who need it to follow up on inquiries. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so while we take reasonable steps to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. We retain lead information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and for legitimate business record-keeping, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

This Site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16 years old.
